Katrina is the co-founder and Chief Executive of Phat Panda. She's the architect of the company's brand world — from the original wordmark to the entire sub-brand family (Dabstract, Hot Sugar, Bangers, Snickle Fritz, Cake House, Kandy Shoppe, and more) — and steers the operation through multi-state expansion, regulatory shifts, and a quickly-changing industry.

She's been featured in Cannabis Business Times' founders profile and is a frequent voice on the operational and cultural challenges of scaling a cannabis company while keeping family-business DNA intact.

Co-Founder

Rob is the co-founder and operating force behind Phat Panda and Grow Op Farms, Washington's #1-selling Tier 3 cannabis producer. He has been named to the Green Entrepreneur Cannabis 100 and High Times 100 Most Influential People in Cannabis, and helped lead the company through Cannabis Cup, DOPE Cup, and Inlander Best of NW wins.

Before cannabis, Rob ran multi-state operations across hospitality and consumer goods. He brings that operator's lens to a notoriously fragmented industry — pairing craft cultivation with the Bamboo seed-to-sale platform, in-house extraction, and an in-house edibles kitchen.
